We only employ experienced flooring installers to work on our team, with a wide range of materials on offer and high quality standards we expect them to know their way around every flooring situation and to be aware of health and safety risks raised, best practice for dealing with them and their individual responsibilities relating to safe working practices.
Experienced risk assessment
Our service always includes a full survey to discuss your options, measure up and provide a detailed quotation. At the same time our experienced team members carry out a risk assessment looking at potential risks raised. The majority of risks relate to our own staff tripping, slipping or injuring themselves but others relate to your team and customers and require further consultation with you to work out the best solution.
Method preparation
We have an ongoing method of working for our flooring installations team ensuring tripping hazards are minimised and people are suitably equipped with protection equipment when necessary.
To protect your own staff and clients we sometimes arrange works out of hours or during company shutdown; you simply can’t work around vinyl pouring in a crucial room! Most other flooring can be installed safely around your day to day business, closing off small areas at a time and ensuring clear signage ensures the higher risk areas are only accessible to our experienced team.
